Improving literacy skills empowers individuals to improve their lives and find more fulfillment at home, work, and within their community.

Bridgerland Literacy offers one-on-one tutoring in reading and writing to adults and youth 10 years and up with basic English skills. Tutoring is $20 an hour, with scholarships available. Volunteers are matched with a student for one-on-one tutoring in local libraries. Educational materials are provided at no cost.
